PFC Technologies (here in after referred to as 'the Company') complies with the Personal Information Protection Act(here in after referred to as 'PIPA') and related laws to protect the freedom and rights of data subjects by lawfully processing and securely managing personal information. In accordance with Article 30 of the PIPA, the Company establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to inform data subjects of the procedures and standards for processing personal information and to promptly and smoothly handle related complaints.
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the PIPA shall be implemented.
Inquiry and Consultation Processing

- Conducting consultations regarding AIRPACK products and services
- Communication related to business cooperation
Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period of personal information under relevant laws or the retention and use period of personal information consented to by the data subject at the time of collecting personal information.

- Retention Period: 1 year after completion of inquiry processing
- However, if there is a need to preserve under relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the information will be retained for the period specified in the relevant laws.

The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) and provides personal information to third parties only when it falls under Articles 17 and 18 of the PIPA, such as consent from the data subject or special provisions of the law.

In the event that personal information is provided to a third party in the future, the recipient, the purpose of use by the recipient, the items of personal information provided, and the retention and use period will be disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

The Company entrusts personal information processing tasks as follows for smooth processing of personal information.

Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)
The Company destroys personal information without delay when the retention period of personal information has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved, making the personal information unnecessary.
Destruction Procedure
Information entered by users is transferred to a separate DB (separate documents in case of paper) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws, or destroyed immediately.
Personal information transferred to the DB shall not be used for other purposes unless required by law.

Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)
Data subjects may exercise the following personal information protection-related rights with respect to the Company at any time.

Rights may be exercised in writing, via email, etc., in accordance with Form No. 8 of the Enforcement Rules of the PIPA to the Company, and the Company will take action without delay.
Rights may also be exercised through a legal representative of the data subject or an authorized agent. In this case, a power of attorney must be submitted in accordance with Form No. 11 of the Notice on Methods of Processing Personal Information (Notice No. 2020-7).

The Company takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary to ensure security in accordance with Article 29 of the PIPA.
